The sixth annual hospital lottery is set to begin!
There are 104 chances to win cash prizes and two bonus draws valued at $3,000 with two consolation bonus draws of free parking for a year valued at $408.
Bonus draw winners can choose from either:
- $3,000 shopping spree courtesy of Leon's
- All-Inclusive trip for 2 valued at $3,000 to Gran Ventana in Dominican Republic courtesy of Mayne Travel**
- $2,000 in cash.
Draws will take place bi-weekly in the Health Centre, Thursdays at 12:00 pm starting from January 10th, 2013 and running until December 26th, 2013.
Bonus draws will be held February 21st, 2013 and June 27th, 2013.
Tickets are $130, and there are only 1,200 available, so act fast!
Methods of payment also include payroll deduction (employees only), cheque, credit card, or cash/interact. Please note for your payroll deduction option, it will conclude the last pay in December 2012
Return your Ticket Purchase Form to the Foundation Office by mail or drop it off to the Foundation Office.
