Ways to Give

There are a number of ways you can give your support / donate to the hospital:

1. Online
   
   Make an online donation by clicking the "Donate Now" button at the top right of this page.
2. By Mail
   
   Mail your donation to:

   Please make sure to include your name, address and telephone number.
   
   You may want to download the donation form available in the "Downloads" box on this page and include with your gift.

3. By Telephone
   
   

   Call the Foundation Office at 705-495-8125 to donate with your Visa, MasterCard or American express.

4. In Person
   
   

   Visit the Foundation Office at 50 College drive to deliver your donation in person.

Donations of $20 or more will automatically receive an official charitable tax receipt.
