Overview
Please bring all medications that you are currently taking in their original containers. This includes:
- prescription drugs
- over the counter drugs
- vitamins
- laxatives
- aspirin products
- blood thinners
Your doctor will give you instructions about the medications you are to take prior to coming into the hospital. You must follow your doctor's instructions about your medications.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR OWN MEDICATION WHILE IN THE HOSPITAL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY YOUR NURSE.
