Overview
The anticoagulation clinic provides monitoring/medication adjustment of referred patients on anticoagulation therapy. The department is also responsible for the VTE program (Venous Thromboembolic) - which includes all aspects of research, committee preparation and follow up and implementation and evaluation of treatment. It provides phone service mainly with some face to face physician consultations.
