Respiratory Therapists and Respiratory Therapy Assistants continue to provide high quality respiratory services.
Inpatient services include:

- Pediatrics and maternal wards
Outpatient services include:

Tobacco Intervention
Any patient admitted to NBRHC has stop smoking supports and quit medications available to them.
For patients admitted to District units, a Respiratory Therapist will visit to help with medications and advice to keep them comfortable while in hospital. We also provide tools and support to anyone wishing to quit smoking.
Additional Information
RTs have been actively participating in a "ventilator weaning study" (assisting patients to come off the breathing machine) program in collaboration with London Health Sciences Center.
